The new 2012 Porsche Boxster S Black Edition will be available this spring, the automaker said Wednesday. The Black Edition is powered by the same 3.4-liter six-cylinder engine found in the Boxster S. But the Black Edition produces 320 hp, 10 more than the Boxster S.
Twenty-nine years ago, the event was called the Newport Beach Concours d'Elegance, and that title was on the tickets until 2010, when it was changed to the Dana Point Concours d'Elegance. The source for the story was an image taken from a Chinese website showing the McLaren logo and a time board showing the P1 as having done a lap of the Nurburgring in 6:33s. The image was real, but the story wasn’t. It seems the image was part of a ‘Mood Board’ McLaren put together when they were designing the P1 to inspire their designers with what could be possible, and that’s found its way on to the Interwebs in China.
